Since early 2020 I have also produced and hosted a podcast, Coffee with Conservationists. The podcast has gained a global audience and received a number of glowing reviews including one from BBC Wildlife Magazine (in print and online).
During each episode I sit down over a cup of coffee to speak to a wide range of people who protect, research and document the natural world. At the end, I highlight a different sustainable coffee company who meets high standards of ethics, ecological impact and traceability.
From ecology and wildlife filmmaking to conservation biology and science communication, the podcast covers a diverse range of environmental topics.
You can listen to the podcast on most streaming services including Spotify, Google and Apple Podcasts. You can support the podcast by buying me a one-off or monthly ‘coffee’ on the platform Ko-Fi.

Summer 2024 update - Help keep the podcast alive by supporting my crowdfunder
For the past four years I’ve produced and hosted this podcast with limited resources and irregular support. This has meant I’ve had to take extended breaks to focus on work and study, change schedules and frequently put my day to day life above the podcast.
I have a long-term vision for this platform. Short films, live podcast recordings, guest hosts and round-table discussions, major event coverage, research and reserve visits and diverse and engaging educational episodes released on a regular basis.
To achieve this I need your help. Any donation, big or small, will allow me to dedicate time to this podcast every single week. I can pay for venue hire, equipment, on-site reserve visits, travel to events and support early career conservationists and small scale coffee producers with speaker fees and product sales.
